Larry L. Lucero, Founder and President

  Mr. Lucero established MLI in 1991 and has been the responsible land executive for the entitlement / development of over 20,000 residential lots in California and Colorado. He holds both BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering and has significant equity partner experience on major master planned communities. He also held the position of Region President for a major Denver based homebuilder and has been the Managing General Partner in numerous land entitlement and development projects.
 

Jim Bayless, Director

  Mr. Bayless has over 20 years experience in land and housing as a principal and as President, Principal or Division Manager of numerous building and development companies. He is a former Chairman of the California North State Building Assoc. and Director of the NAHB. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Industrial Management.
